Our Automatic door operator is rugged and dependable. It can open doors for employees with their hands full, disabled individuals, or for anyone who finds a closed door a problem.

In-Floor Door Closers

Suffolk Lock and Security can provide your business with the highest quality Rixson Concealed In-Floor Door Closers.

Model 27 (Offset Hung) and Model 28 (Center Hung) install in the concrete beneath the surface of the floor for total concealment. They feature heavy duty hydraulic mechanism for reliable, consistent performance.

Model 27 (Offset Hung) is installed to provide a pivot point 3/4" from the face of the door and 3/4" from the heel edge of the door. Model 28 (Center Hung) is installed 2-3/4" from the face of the door frame. Both models are single acting (opening in one direction only).

Both models come complete with a bottom arm, top pivot, cement case and floor plate. Intermediate pivots are recommended for total door alignment on offset hung models.

Closers feature as standard: separate hydraulic latch, stroke and backcheck adjusting valves and built-in positive dead stop to meet ANSI Grade 1 Standards.

Heaviest Duty Sized Closer. Recommended for use in high traffic, heavy use door openings in schools, hospitals and institutional buildings.

	Narrow Projection - projects just 2 1/8" from the door.
	Non-Handed - installs on either hand door.
	Adjustable Spring Power - 50% power adjustment.
	Adjustable Backcheck - separate valves to adjust backcheck cushioning and backcheck position.
	Adjustable Sweep and Latch Speeds - separate valves to adjust each speed.
	Non-Handed Covers - molded standard, cutout notches permit top jamb installation; UL listed plastic.
	Optional Covers - Wood -- Oak, Birch, Cherry, Mahogany, Teak and Walnut. Steel -- architectural-plated finishes.
	Hold-Open Arm - available with 90° to 180° hold-open. Suffix "H" to catalog number.
